Simply stated, if you use any of our health products and do not see desired results, just return the empty container within 30 days (we would like you to use all of your product) for prompt refund, less any shipping charges incured by the Customer or Linda Wade Herbal Products, Inc. Customer must pay for return shipping and we recommend you send via Insured Mail - We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Returns are limited to one open container per product type. Burt's Bees Personal Care Products are “personal in nature” and are not covered under this Guarantee. Returns over one container are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Our prices are so low we cannot afford to ship out large orders, only to have them returned. We strongly recommend a "trail order" before placing any large orders to "save money".
Call 1-630-892-5121 during Retail Store Hours or email us to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the product. Please Note: Packages received without a RAN clearly marked on the outside will be returned to sender.
Return orders should be sent to Linda Wade Herbal Products, Post Office Lock Box 99, No. Aurora, IL 60542 via USPS Mail System.
Multiple items, buying 2 or more of the same item, i.e. buying 2 bottles of GHR15 would be considered wholesale and will be considered wholesale and will not be covered under our Guarantee and are not Returnable or Refundable. We recommend a "trail order" if you are not familiar with the product. If after you have tried the product and want to save money, then place larger orders.
Reorders will constitute acceptance and will not be eligible for the Guarantee.
Certain "Sale Items" may not be covered under the Guarantee but "Sale Items" not covered will be marked that they are not covered under the Guarantee.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
If shipped back to us after 30 days the order will NOT be credited back.
