You will receive an order confirmation email from us after your order is submitted. Please print it out and keep it for your records. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your package's delivery confirmation number, which may be tracked through the USPS Web Site. (Note: It can take up to one day from the ship date for your package tracking information to be available online.) Packages with delivery confirmations are scanned by your local postal carrier the moment they are left at your shipping address - no signature required unless you purchase Postal Insurance. Some carriers, however, may choose not to leave packages at your address if they feel the location is not secure. In these cases, your carrier will generally leave a notice that they will try to redeliver the package on another day or that they will hold the package at your local post office for you to pickup. Packages not claimed by customers after a number of days (to be determined by the local post office) are returned to us and will be subject to additional shipping charges for re-shipment.


Please contact your mail-carrier immediately if you believe your package was lost. They are the best source of information about your package. Linda Wade Herbal Products is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All packages ship with USPS delivery confirmation (except those to APO/FPO destinations), which allows us to verify EXACTLY when your local postal carrier delivered your package to your address. If you believe your order is missing, please check the USPS web site to determine the status of your order. If the USPS web site states that your package was delivered to your address, we will consider that the package was correctly delivered. For APO/FPO we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen since there is no support for delivery confirmation to these destinations. If the USPS web site states that your package was delivered, however, you have not received the package, please consult with your local mail carrier or post office. We are not responsible for and cannot help you retrieve stolen or misplaced packages. We cannot send additional product to customers whose packages are documented by the US Postal Service as delivered. If the USPS web site states that your package is still "in transit" and has NOT been delivered for more than ten business days from the mailing date, we will consider the package lost by the US Postal Service. If the package was lost through no fault of your own (i.e. you supplied us with the correct shipping address), we will ship another order to your address free of charge. If the package was undeliverable due to you supplying us with an incorrect shipping address, then we are not responsible for any delivery delays, loss or replacement.


All sales are final. We are sorry but no order cancellations can excepted, except in the case where an item is on backorder and you do not wish to wait, once a purchase order is initiated by the customer via this website. The reason is simple, the moment the purchase order is received and payment in full is confirmed, that purchase order has prompted the distribution process to take immediate action on behalf of the purchase order.
